- Refund requests can be emailed to: firstname.lastname@example.org
- All refund requests must be made by the individual who purchased the tickets.
- All Oz-Con 2014 refund requests must be made by April 1, 2014 at 11:59 pm (CST). Absolutely no cancellations will be honored after this date.
- Requests will be processed within 7 business days.
- Refund requests received prior to the pre-registration deadline will be credited back to the original credit card used for purchase. (Refunds may be subject to a credit card processing fee)
- Please include your Oz-Con ticket ID, if available, when making a cancellation request.
- Badges purchased on site are non-refundable and non-transferable.
